Our benefits today include: gender specific intensive 12 step immersion and completion; a beautiful setting in the Austin, Texas area; a highly structured daily life for residents; life skills seldom addressed in the recovery process and spiritual laws and practices are taught; disciplines of Steps 10, 11 and 12 are experienced every day; physical exercise is an essential daily practice; nutritional guidance is provided; and enlightening instruction, motivational talks and proactive dialogue are practiced, rather than lectures. We also provide a long term continuum of care and have a 12-month monitoring program following discharge, staffed exclusively by Certified Recovery Coaches.
BRC offers a wide range of staff credentials. Our clinical center is staffed by Masters level clinicians including Licensed Professional Counselors. We also have a highly trained staff of Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors. We teach from practical experience, not theory or opinion. Almost all of the staff have worked in the field of chemical dependency for many years. You can see the specific qualifications of our medical and clinical staff here.
