Marsha Stone

Marsha Stone is a world renowned speaker, visionary, and respected leader in the field of addiction recovery. Marsha is the Chief Executive Officer of BRC Recovery and in January 2016 she founded Spearhead Lodge, an extended-care treatment facility for young adults.

Spearhead Lodge offers a completely new approach to treating the young adult population and their families, based upon the tried and true principles found in every BRC Recovery program. BRC Recovery is a pioneer in the addiction recovery industry, and has successfully been Bringing Real Change to the face of addiction for over 10 years.

Marsha regularly speaks at top industry conferences, including UK/European Symposium on Addictive Disorders, Innovations in Recovery, Recovery Results, West Coast Symposium on Addictive Disorders, and Clinical Overview of the Recovery Experience. In addition to frequent guest appearances on A&E Intervention, Marsha has appeared on Dr. Phil and The Doctor’s. Marsha integrates her own battle with and triumph over addiction into providing the most effective and quality rehabilitative process possible to those struggling with addictive disorders.

Marsha holds a Juris Doctorate with the distinction of Academic Excellence from North Carolina Central University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Elizabeth City State University, and is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas.


Tracie Kitchen

Tracie Kitchen is the Executive Director for BRC Recovery, mentoring clients, leading groups, and overseeing the daily operations of BRC’s residential programs. Tracie began her career at BRC Recovery in 2009 as a Resident Care Associate and quickly advanced to a supervisory role due to her dedication and enthusiasm. Through Tracie’s personal experience, she is able to help others on their journey from addiction to recovery. Tracie is committed to her own professional, mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional development.

 


Patrick McNamee

Patrick McNamee is the Director of Admissions for BRC Recovery, interfacing with BRC Recovery staff and families from across the country. His expertise in customer service and knowledge of recovery creates a smooth transition from their communities to our recovery center. Patrick has worked in the chemical dependency field for six years. Prior to his current position, Patrick worked as a Resident Care Associate and Alumni Coordinator. Patrick holds a B.A. in history from Angelo State University and has worked as a secondary geography teacher. He is passionate about working with families and helping others recover. In his private life, Patrick enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and collecting antiques.

 


Brigette Jones

Brigette Jones is the Director of Finance for BRC Recovery, working closely with the executive team to meet the financial needs of the organization. She has an extensive accounting background ranging from manufacturing and retail to non-profit organizations and service industries. She joined the BRC team in 2009 and leads the accounting and administrative team. She also works with the admission staff and families during the admission process for a smooth transition into our program. During her time off, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family and friends.

 


Mandy Baker

Amanda K. (Mandy) Baker, MS, LCDC is the clinical director at BRC Recovery, overseeing all clinical services. She is also the co-founder and Clinical Director of Windhaven Counseling Center. She is the former Vice President of Clinical Services at Origins Recovery Centers, where she oversaw five levels of care in four facilities. She has also held positions at The Ranch at Dove Tree, and Texas Tech Center for Students in Recovery. At Texas Tech, Mandy and her team were instrumental in developing the recovery campus movement, which has significantly impacted the ways in which colleges address addiction. Her experience working with young people and helping them to find recovery makes her an ideal person to be running clinical operations at BRC Recovery.

 

 

 

 

 


Audrey Woodfin

Audrey Woodfin is the Director of Alumni and Family Services for BRC Recovery. Audrey has been active in the 12 Step community for over ten years carrying the message of hope to alcoholics and addicts in the Dallas, TX area. Audrey was instrumental in facilitating the opening of the Women’s Program at BRC Recovery. Prior to her current position, Audrey worked as a Program Director for the Women’s Program at BRC Recovery, and as a Treatment Placement Specialist. She is passionate about helping others discover a life of permanent sobriety and is an enthusiastic speaker teaching recovery workshops both locally and internationally. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. In her personal time, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter Davey, culinary interests, live music and cheering for the Dallas Mavericks.
