BRC Recovery offers uniquely structured services which enrich the experience of our residents and ensure adequate personal attention to each resident’s needs.
Unique features of our residential program include:
At BRC Recovery, we believe gender-specific programming is essential to getting sober and the early recovery process. Our men’s rehab program and women’s rehab program are completely separate. Each have their own accommodations for eating, sleeping and recreating. Separate male or female program directors and recovery managers exclusively work in their respective programs. Separating residents by gender facilitates a safe supportive environment where men and women can focus on their recovery and not be distracted by each other.
High Staff-to-Resident Ratio
We limit the number of residents in our program so that each will have a high-quality, deeply beneficial experience. By having an ample staff, we create a healthy atmosphere of accountability which has proven to be very effective. The fact that our staff brings actual life experience to the process of recovery is a plus factor for enhanced rapport and understanding of our residents.
Entertaining and Revitalizing Outings
Clients appreciate the location of BRC Recovery Center in the beautiful Hill Country near Austin, Texas. We take advantage of both our peaceful countryside and proximity to city for planning different types of outings for our residents, from nature-centered to cultural events.
Affiliation with Medical Professionals
Our Center has established relationships with medical doctors, dentists and psychiatrists, all of whom are available should their services be required by a resident.
A Meaningful Life Curriculum
Each resident’s stay is filled with enlightening and down-to-earth learning that truly changes lives. Engaging dialogue and lively discussion are our preferred method of instruction. There are no lectures to endure. We use a tested, personalized approach to teach life skills necessary for an adult to function effectively in today’s society.
